Excellent sealer for all paints. Recommended as a first coat for priming and sealing new dry wall or wallboard surfaces. May also be used on previously painted surfaces. Will not cause raising of surface paper fibers. Can be recoated with either solvent or latex type paints. Improves the appearance of the finished coat. Covers 400 sq. ft. per gallon. Dries fast, to touch in 1 to 2 hours and to recoat in 4 hours.
